Mr. Tam obtained his first degree (B. Soc. Sc.) from University of Hong Kong.  He was admitted and enrolled as a solicitor of The Supreme Court of Hong Kong in June 1975  before joining the Firm as a partner in March 1978.  He is also enrolled as a solicitor in Australia (Northern Territories).

Mr. Tam was our partner for over three decades until his recent retirement from partnership. Mr. Tam possesses a wide variety of expertise.  He has extensive experience in the full range of legal work on landed properties in Hong Kong, including land developments, redevelopment projects and the related financial matters.  Furthermore, Mr. Tam has worked on a breadth of contentious matters, including one landmark case on anti-money laundering, and many other commercial and criminal litigation cases. 

 

Mr. Tam is also a Notary Public and a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.
