Ms. Yim obtained her law degree from The University of Hong Kong and was admitted and enrolled as a solicitor of The High Court of Hong Kong in October 2011.

 

In May 2016, she joined the firm as a Consultant,  specialising in general commercial contracts and activities, as well as securities law and listing rules compliance and a range of corporate finance matters.
